Martin Motors Media is a brand operated under Fangio M&C LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company. By booking the “Book a Call” consultation service through our website or any other available method, you (the "Client") agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Service Description

The “Book a Call” service provides a scheduled one-on-one call with Martin Motors Media to deliver professional guidance, industry insights, and car-buying advice. This service is consultation-based only and does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. All recommendations are based on publicly available data and current automotive market conditions at the time of the consultation.

2. Client Responsibilities

By using this service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information throughout the consultation

  • Follow any recommended steps or actions for best possible outcomes

Martin Motors Media is not responsible for any undesired results caused by misinformation provided by the Client or failure to act on the advice given.

3. Payment and Completion of Service

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • The service is considered fully rendered once the scheduled call has concluded, regardless of the outcome or your future use of the information provided.

  • Booking constitutes acceptance that the consultation has no obligation beyond the allotted session.

4. Refund, No-Show, and Rescheduling Policy

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the call has been booked, regardless of attendance.

  • If you are unavailable or do not show up at the time of your scheduled call without prior notice, the service is considered fully rendered and no refund will be provided.

  • You may reschedule your call up to 24 hours before the originally scheduled time at no additional cost.

  • Each client is allowed a maximum of two (2) reschedules. If you fail to attend the call after the second reschedule and still wish to receive the service, you will be required to book and pay again as if for a new consultation.

  • Failure to notify us or reschedule within the required timeframe will result in forfeiture of the session and payment.

5. No Guarantees / Results May Vary

  • Advice is provided based on the best available information at the time of service, but no guarantee is made as to future market behavior, dealer actions, vehicle availability, or client outcomes.

  • Results will vary depending on the client’s location, financial status, credit profile, dealer terms, and implementation of recommendations.

  • Clients are solely responsible for final decisions and are encouraged to seek additional professional input if needed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Fangio M&C LLC and Martin Motors Media shall not be liable for:

  • Any financial losses, missed opportunities, or vehicle performance issues

  • Outcomes related to client decisions, third-party actions, or incomplete implementation of advice

  • Any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from the use of this service

Use of this service is at your own risk. The service is advisory in nature and not a substitute for independent financial, legal, or mechanical evaluations.

7. Force Majeure

Martin Motors Media shall not be held liable for delays or failure to deliver services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to technical failures, scheduling issues, acts of God, or internet disruptions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.

9. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that:
